Fläscher Chardonnay ,,META,, AOC Von Salis, Graubünden, CH

Motivated by his enthusiasm for good wines, Andrea Davaz founded von Salis AG with two friends in 1994. We have been passionate about wine for over 25 years now and seek out the best wines from all over the world for our customers. The aromas of the two grape varieties combine wonderfully in the wine. The delicate floral scents of Viognier combine with the quince and pineapple tones of Chardonnay to create a fascinating, lively overall picture. On the palate, the Meta surprises with its power, which is accompanied by a lot of creamy smoothness and gives the wine an almost Mediterranean charm. It finishes very balanced and long on aromas of quince and flowers.

Basa Blanco DO, Telmo Rodriguez, Rueda, ES

In 1967, Jaime Rodríguez bought the successful Finca Remelluri in Rioja. When his son Telmo began studying oenology, the winery’s path seemed to be mapped out. But, as we all know, things usually turn out differently: after various stations, the enterprising Telmo set about turning the Spanish wine world on its head. A scent of citrus fruit and crisp apricot. Refreshing and appealing on the palate, with gentle citrus and peach flavors and a slightly spicy note with a hint of blossom honey. A great aperitif wine!

The red wines capture the qualities and subtle aromas of the Pinot Noir grape; they are elegant and impress with a perfect balance of fruit and tannins.
